About Pre-Orders
Pre-orders help us determine the interest in new pin designs. There's no point in creating a bunch of pins nobody really wants, after all. In order to determine interest in a design, we need to reach a minimum number pre-orders of before production can begin.
If enough funds are not raised for a design to be created after three months from its debut, the pin will be cancelled and we will automatically issue refunds to those who ordered that design. (This is why there are no Naruto X/MUCHA pins, for example.)
If you order an item from this page, you are acknowledging that you are ordering an item that must go through various stages of production before it can get to you. From fund-raising to shipping, the pin manufacturing process can take several months to complete an item, but we will try to update items with estimated delivery times as soon information comes available.
